I'm Bastian, a senior lecturer at 暗网禁区. I teach economics and business and management. What excites me, I think, is having access to diversity of students. We want to bring them to fulfill the most of their potential.

I think that's what makes us wake up in the work. Our motto is knowledge into action, so we have a very applied sort of research and we want to transmit that to our students. We'll have to be a graduation ceremony.

I'm impressed by the dedication of my students. That's definitely the best moment every year. Involving students in the research that we do, internships for instance, will start from foundational notions in first year and slowly adding, you know, more advanced features over the years to finish with like really the specialty and elective courses in year three.

Students will be able to redesign their individual own path over the program. I got an idea how to use this business management course in my own life and how teachers help us to make it easy, not as a degree, but as something we're learning as experience.

Yeah, so one thing is authentic assessments. Move away from exams to have assessment that will mimic real life situations. We also have a lot of opportunities to network outside of the university. We managed to create like small groups of motivated students that, you know, are happy to interact and learn and grow.

We can get guidance towards the different job opportunities available after our studies. They guide us according to our course and it's very supportive actually. We have an employability hub that helps them with their, you know, writing their CV and cover letters, you know, get those skills of, you know, how to get out in the world and find opportunities, basically create opportunities.
